Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms govern the relationship between Anomaly Ltd., UIC BG205337272 (Seller), and any person (Buyer) who uses izvanefir.bg or places an order through it.

2. Products and prices

All prices are in EUR, VAT included. Delivery cost is shown before checkout. The Seller may change prices and stock without notice. Orders are fulfilled at the price valid at the time of confirmation.

3. Order and contract

The sales contract is concluded when the Buyer receives an order-confirmation email. The Buyer must provide accurate delivery details.

4. Payment

We accept card payments via Revolut / Stripe, as well as cash on delivery. Card payments are processed at the time of order.

5. Delivery

Deliveries within Bulgaria are handled by Econt. Lead time: 1 to 3 business days after confirmation. International shipping is available on request.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumer Buyers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason. The product must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping is at the Buyer's expense, unless the product is defective. A withdrawal form is available on request at contact@izvanefir.bg.

7. Defects and complaints

If you receive a defective product, contact us within 14 days at contact@izvanefir.bg with a description and photos. We will refund the amount or send a replacement.

8. Liability

The Seller is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the product.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Any disputes are resolved by the competent court in Sofia.
