Delivery and Returns

Delivery

• Courier: Econt - to an Econt office or to your address within Bulgaria.
• Lead time: 1-3 business days after order confirmation.
• Cost: calculated automatically at checkout based on the chosen office/address.
• International orders: available on request at contact@izvanefir.bg.

You receive tracking information by email as soon as the order is handed over to the courier.

Payment

• Card payment (Revolut / Stripe) - charged at the time of order.
• Cash on delivery - paid to the courier upon receipt.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

1. Email contact@izvanefir.bg with your order number.
2. Return the product in its original condition and packaging to the address we provide.
3. We refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method you used.

Return shipping costs: borne by the Buyer, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Defective or wrong products

If you receive a defective or wrong product, contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@izvanefir.bg with a description and photos. We will refund or replace the product - your choice - at our expense.
